The Perfect Collar is available in a variety of colors which will never bleed onto your pet's coat, even when wet. Simply clean with soap and water. The Perfect Collar comes in a variety of sizes. For accurate sizing, collar length measurements are calculated within a 2-inch range. For example, the 18-inch collar fits a dog neck size of 16-inch to 18-inch.

Neon, and comfort, and rust, oh my! March 30, 2012

I bought 2 of these collars for my pups (Jack rocks the red, Alice flaunts the pink). The red collar arrived as pictured (i.e. basic red- not cranberry, or bloody vampire red, just old Americana red), however the pink collar was another story. Call me colorblind, but I had interpreted the pink to be a soft pastel- a ballet pink, if you will. Needless to say, I initially mistook it for discarded rave paraphernalia when it arrived in the mail (it was a blinding neon pink- its brightness factor had the capacity to leave Richard Simmons overwhelmed). Sadly, this collar didn't come equipped with a strobe light, but I eventually came to embrace the hue for safety reasons (neon pink is obviously more attention grabbing than a docile pink).In terms of overall concept, this collar fit the bill (I had been on an endless search for a sleek and lightweight comfortable collar). That said, this product has a drawback: recurrent rusting of the buckle hardware. Fortunately, these collars are washable (warm water and dish soap), so it's not as if the rust causes permanent damage.But I have to admit, it's a tad annoying having to scrub their collars every other day (I'm a neat freak, so it's a rare occasion for me to complain about cleaning/tidying). Because of the rust, I'm rating this product 4 out of 5 stars.
